Benchmarking is a requirement of the ASC’s accrediting organization.  Useful benchmarking between similar facilities/like specialties is difficult to find.  We offer quarterly benchmarking and hand hygiene surveys as tools in the quality improvement program of your ASC.  Our surveys enable you to compare your results with other like facilities.  Our results are user friendly, simple, straightforward, and pertinent.

Please use the Hand Hygiene Compliance worksheets for your actual observations. There are sample worksheets as well as blank worksheets below to help you document your observations and calculate your results. Once you have completed the Hand Hygiene Compliance Summary Sheet, please insert that data into the Hand Hygiene Survey.
